Xu Peng is a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics and International Studies at SOAS, University of London, and an incoming postdoctoral researcher at the Serious Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Evidence program at the Centre for the Study of Illicit Economies, Violence, and Development at SOAS. Her research focuses on ethnic conflicts and organised crime in Southeast Asia.
