Keren Zhu

Keren Zhu is a Global China Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. She holds a PhD in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Her research focuses on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), global infrastructure, and sustainable development. She worked on BRI international cooperation and policy advisory in China from 2015 to 2017.
