Kate Hua-Ke Chi

Kate Hua-Ke Chi is a PhD student at the Fletcher School of Tufts University and a Fellow at the Climate Policy Lab. She received her master’s degree in economics from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Her work examines the political economy of climate change, climate finance and sovereign debt distress in developing states, and the retirement of coal-fired power plants.
