Harris Chen is a prosecutor with 17 years of experience at the Chiayi District Prosecutor’s Office in Taiwan. While specialising in fraud cases, Harris is also active in fields as diverse as human trafficking, corruption, drugs, and environmental crimes. Most recently, he has been focusing on cybercrime, with a particular interest in the new role of artificial intelligence (AI) in this sector.
