Benedicte Bull is a Professor of Political Science at the Centre for Development and the Environment, University of Oslo. She was previously the director of the Oslo Academy of Global Governance and the Norwegian Latin America Research Network. She has researched public–private relations and elites in Latin American development, as well as global governance and institutions. She is currently directing an international research project on ‘Chinese Multilateralism and its Impact on Environmental and Democratic Governance in Africa and Latin America’, funded by the Research Council of Norway.
